The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s Lone Star Chapter and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals and are gearing up for The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival to be held Saturday, March 28, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. With expected attendance nearing 5,000 people, the Festival will be held at Town Green Park, located at 2099 Lake Robbins Drive to accommodate family fun, corporate sponsors, and live entertainment.
The Festival will include actives for the entire family such as:
- live music from local and national known artists,
- kids area with children’s games, face painting, arts and crafts, rock climbing wall, and a bounce house,
- dancing,
- crawfish and BBQ
Painting with a Twist is again hosting an art contest for children ages five to 12. The dates are November 8, December 13, January 10, and February 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The first 25 kids per session will paint for free. The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival is a community event designed to increase awareness of pulmonary hypertension. The ticketed event is open to the public for sponsorships and individual admissions.
